You too can have 200 orgasms a day

Today in my RSS feeds I read about a woman who has 200 orgasms a day. She has a rare condition called Permanent Sexual Arousal Syndrome (PSAS), which increases blood flow to the sex organs.
I am equal parts fascinated and horrified. It must be exhausting to be on the edge of orgasm all the time. Not to mention having that many orgasms throughout the day. (I’m hoping a lot of those big O’s are tiny little tremors, otherwise, how does she have time to do anything else?)
Of course, then my writer brain kicks in and I think how I could write this type of situation into a story.
Another case in which true life is often more bizarre than fiction.
