Dark Eden Press Closes
Posted by rdsolange under: My Brother's Keeper; life or something like it .
With great sadness, we have to pass along the news that Dark Eden Press, the house that published our first book - My Brother’s Keeper - will be closing its doors on April 1st, 2008.
We both have a great fondness for the Deb and all the staff at DEP, they have been lovely to both of us through ups and downs. Everyone there was kind and patient, they treated us with respect and never once made me feel as if I was asking silly noob questions. For that and much more we say a deep and heartfelt thank you. To Deb, Susan, Gretchen, Dayna, Renee, Skylar and most especially to the wonderful Helen, thank you.
For anyone who might have been putting off buying our book, you might want to think about purchasing it before DEP closes its doors, as the future of the series is a little murky at this point. Any new information about that and the other books in that series we will post here on the blog.
We will obviously will be posting all about “Ash, Trey and the Aether Sprite” story out the first of April. Lots of fun stuff about that later!

I hate to see DEP close. But I wish you both the best of luck in finding a new home. I’m glad I grabbed My Brother’s Keeper when I did.
